Sachse Concrete Lifting focuses on one thing: raising sunken concrete slabs. Driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios. If it’s a slab that’s dropped, we lift it.

Every job starts with a site visit. We check where the slab has settled, tap the surface to find the void underneath, and decide whether mudjacking slurry or polyurethane foam fits the situation better. You get a written estimate before we drill anything. No guesswork, no surprise add-ons once the work starts.

How We Work

North Texas sits on expansive clay, and that soil is the real reason slabs settle here, not a bad original pour. We factor that into every estimate: how thick the slab is, how close it sits to a pool or drainage path, how much load it carries day to day. Thicker driveway slabs usually call for slurry. Thinner panels and pool decks usually call for foam, since it resists moisture better.

On job day, expect drilling, injection, a level check, then patch and cleanup. Most single-slab jobs wrap up the same day. Larger driveways can run longer. We sweep the site before we leave and walk you through the result.

Sachse Concrete Lifting also serves nearby communities including Garland, Murphy, Parker, Richardson, Rowlett, and Wylie.
